The Octaliax bundle costumes did not match the image displayed in the store. The image of the bundle showed the Octavian and Octabean costumes, whereas the bundle itself contained the Octaliax and Octabean costumes. The bundle has now been fixed, and players who purchased the original bundle and did not receive Octavian will see Octavian in their inventory within the next 24 hours.
Additionally, the 'blue' version of the Octaliax costume uses your equipped colour (as noted by the colour wheel in the image).
