We are currently looking into this however the below may help those experiencing this issue:
- Press start while selecting Fall Guys and then “Manage game and add-ons”
- Press “Saved data”
- Go to your profile, start and pick “delete saved data” , then on the next screen choose “delete everywhere” (Do not just use the “delete all”)
- Then, delete “reserved space” by selecting it and “clear reserved space”.
