Error 200_19002 / 200 19002

Steam:

If you are seeing error 200_19002 on your Steam account, please try the troubleshooting shown below.

Important!
Keep in mind that after performing the troubleshooting below you may see an account with no items or progress. If that happens, please contact support for an Account Switch and we will be able to Switch you back to Steam. 


Troubleshooting:
Verify your files to see if the issue persists. You can find the file verification troubleshooting steps in this article. 

If the issue persists, please follow the troubleshooting below:

 

In the search box on the taskbar, type Control Panel and select it from the results.
Select Programs Programs and Features.
Press and hold (or right-click) on the Microsoft Visual C++ {year} and Uninstall + follow the directions on the screen. You will need to do this one at a time. 
Restart your Computer
Install both https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe and https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

 

Try the game to see if the issue has resolved, if not:

1. Go to your Windows search and type in "Services" You should see Services app. Please launch it.

2. Once you launch it, you will see services available for your PC. Please scroll down until you find "Epic Online Services." Please right-click it and select "Start"

3. Exit the "Services" window and try launching the game again. Once you do that, you should be able to get back into the game.

If you see this error, you should be able to resolve it by verifying the files. You can find the troubleshooting steps here. If the issue persists, please try the Epic Online Services troubleshooting from the Steam section above, and contact the Support team for an account Switch.
