Try power cycling the Playstation

Press the PS button and select Power > Restart.

 

Restore your licences.

You can try restoring your licence to resolve issues experienced on your Playstation. 

PS4:Go to Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses. Select Restore and wait until the operation has been completed and try accessing your content again.

 

PS5: Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses. Select Restore and wait until the operation has been completed, then try accessing your content again.



Check that your console has the latest system software installed.

Please check that your console is running the latest software. You can follow these steps for how to do so:

PS5: PS5 System software (UK) (playstation.com)

 

Try turning the console on in Safe Mode

You can try turning on your console in Safe Mode and select option 4 - Restore Default Settings. 

  • Turn off your console by holding the power button for three seconds. The power indicator will blink for a few moments before turning off.
  • Once the console is off, press and hold the power button again. Release it after you hear the second beep — one beep will sound when you first press, and another seven seconds later.
  • Connect the controller with the USB cable and press the PS button on the controller.

 

Reinstall Fall Guys on your Playstation

Go to Settings > Storage > Games and Apps.

 

Select Delete Content. 

Select the data you want to get rid of and select Delete.

 

Don't worry, you won't lose access to Fall Guys—you can re-download your purchase from your game library whenever you like.
